The digital COFDM video transmitter transmits the video images of the high aperture dome cameras interference free, even if there is no line of sight connection. In connection with the mobile control unit, which provides a display for the video signals and camera control, complete new application possibilities are established.

Digital transmission systems feature a high transfer stability and are nonsensitive against multipath reception. They are especially suitable for the mobile reception of transmit signals. For additional reliability the signal may be encoded.

The COFDM video transmitter integrated in the outdoor camera transmitter provides for a stable transmission of the video images, even if there is no line-of-sight connection. The transmitter may easily be configurated without additional hardware by a covered control panel.

The high-quality pan/tilt/zoom camera is wireless controlled and protected against vandalism. A large dynamic range provides for an improved image display in back light and by the additional analysis of the video images the differences in brightness are ideally balanced.
In a covered application the camera may also be operated by a 15m cable detached from the transmitter.

One can't miss an action due to the integrated digital recorder that is integrated in the outdoor-camera transmitter - even without mobile control unit. Thus a completely autarkic operation of the camera unit is possible, e.g. at night. The recorder is directly controlled by the mobile unit where you can watch the recorded video images immediately.

The integrated motion detection is multi-purpose configurable. It takes care of an activation of the video transmitter or recorder only in the event of a recognised motion. That saves energy and extends the runtime of the
battery in mobile application.

The mobile control unit takes over the control of the complete system. It is a robust hard-top case, equiped with digital Diversity Receiver, 12'' TFTdisplay, camera control including joystick as well as digital VCR with
removable hard disk. All the functions of the camera unit may be controlled here.

The internal Lithium-Polymer-batteries are integrated in the mobile control unit are powerful and enables a runtime of up to 4 hours.
