Discrete security for designer retailer

When AX Armani Exchange opened their first European store at Bluewater Shopping Centre, they looked to EAS experts, Intrepid Security Solutions, to provide an effective tagging system that would not impact on the aesthetics of the store.

"We have worked with other divisions of Giorgio Armani for many years and fully understand that it is very important that their stores project the right image." said Noel Verbruggen, Managing Director of Intrepid. "We therefore recommended an AM Loop system which provides a very high level of detection but is discretely installed around the store entrance."
The Loop system, which utilises acoustic magnetic tag technology was supplied and installed by Intrepid together with a mixture of hard tags and labels.
The Bluewater store is the 96th to be opened in the world. Intrepid will be installing a similar system at the next A/X Armani Exchange stored to be opened in Liverpool.
