iSCSI storage is supported, and video storage costs are minimized via the Bosch H.264 compression implementation, which saves up to 50% storage compared to MPEG-4 without sacrificing image quality. Tri-streaming is supported, allowing one 720p H.264 stream for live viewing and recording, one lower resolution H.264 stream for constrained-bandwidth networks, and a JPEG video stream for easy integration with third-party video management systems.

Standard video content analysis features are included, such as built-in Motion+ video motion analysis system.
