Campus security in focus at IP In Action Cambridge

The first IP-in-Action live event of 2011 is taking place in the historic city of Cambridge. For the first time the event will take place at this university town of educational and technical excellence on 10th March 2011.
The theme of the event in Cambridge will be "Campus Security & Managment". Campus security is an increasingly complex issue whereby universities, schools and hospitals etc. aim to provide a safe and secure environment for all staff, visitors and their property whilst at the same time provide a rapid response to emergency situations and incidents.
The event aims to explore the possibilities IP technology offers campus security, the management benefits and much more.

The day will Feature a full programme of educational presentations, the latest IP security and safety products, and will offer networking opportunities plus a free buffet lunch & refreshments.

The products on display will include megapixel & HD security cameras, access control, recording solutions, mobile & wireless transmission, perimeter surveillance, control room operations, intruder & fire detection, integrated security & safety and RFID & asset tracking.
