Unlike most other awards that rely on completing surveys, the Inspiring Workplace Awards require entrants to provide proof of their investment in people across six key categories: Culture and Purpose, Leadership, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Employee Voice, and Employee Experience.

According to the judges Addsecure's commitment to creating a people-first culture was evident in their submission, which showcased real and tangible examples of their work. The company's flexible working options and focus on employee wellbeing were particularly praised.
