Opening Hours

Exhibition Opening Hours:

Tuesday, 14 October: 09:00 - 17:00
Wednesday, 15 October: 09:00 - 16:30

Exhibitors have access to the exhibition area one hour prior to opening and 30 minutes after closing.

Building and Dismantling Hours

Moving In:

Monday, 13 October: 07:00 – 22:00
NOTE! At 16:00 the aisle carpets are laid so all cargo handling that requires truck driving must be done before that. You are permitted to work in your own stand until 22:00.
Tuesday, 14 October: 07:00 – 09:00

Moving Out:

Wednesday, 15 October: 16:30 – 24:00
Thursday, 16 October: 07:00 – 16:00

If extended moving in time is needed, an application must be filled in via the Exhibitor Portal with requests for moving in time. Please note that there is no guarantee that the application will be granted, and that an extra cost will be paid if the application is granted.

Move in and move out via the loading dock between hall B and C at the eastern entrance.
Removal of goods and empty packing materials left behind by the exhibitor will be charged to the exhibitor.

Children on the Premises

For safety reasons, persons under the age of 16 may not be in the event halls during construction work or tear-down regardless of whether they are alone or accompanied by an adult, this is because our halls are considered to be a construction site during these times.

Stand Equipment and More

Stands are equipped with:

• White wall panel in sections of 1 x 2.5 m, mounted in alumunium system.
• Carpets in 50 x 50 cm tiles. 15 color options.
• White sign with company name printed in black text, size 100 x 28.5 cm.
• Furniture, see selection at the Exhibitor Portal
• 1 x electricity outlet 230V, 10A, max 2000W (Consumption included)
• 1 x spotlight per running metre of wall.
• Cleaning during the event
• 1 Leadtrack license

Please note! The form of your choice must be submitted no later than 1 October, 2025. If no choice has been made, your stand will be equipped with a blue carpet, 2 pcs folding chairs, 1 information counter and 1 brochure stand and on the sign the legal name of your company will be printed.

The entire package must be ordered at the same time, at the Exhibitor Portal .

Height construction

It is not allowed to build stand constructions or hang signs above the height of 2.5 metres.

Exact measurements for your stand

By nature, the measurements of our wall modules may differ slightly, which sometimes causes exhibitor's own graphics material to not fit properly. If your company is planning to bring your own graphics material, such as a banner, please let your sales representative at Eventservice know. They will make sure to book "Stand space exact measurements" for you. This service is free of charge.

For additional products and services, like internet, insurance, and lead tracking, place your order via the Exhibitor Portal or at eventservice@stockholmsmassan.se.

Important! Order in time and save money

For the best possible service from Stockholmsmässan and to be sure of getting the products and services you need – order well in advance. This will allow us to deliver services of a higher quality and will also save you money.

If you order no later than 3 weeks before the official moving-in date, we reward you by offering the lowest price for construction and stand equipment. Orders received later than 1 October, 2025, are subject to a 30% surcharge on the price up until the moving-in date. If you order during the official moving-in period or the actual event, a 50% surcharge will apply.

The surcharge applies to all products priced in the Exhibitor Portal. However, prices for plants, wireless internet connection, parking permits, exhibitor insurance, and stand catering are not affected.

The last date to order stand equipment at the lowest price is 1 October, 2025.

Service Centre and shop

At Service Centre you will get help during the exhibition with additional stand orders, goods deliveries etc. Service Centre is open during official moving in and out and during the exhibition.

Access to the Exhibition Hall

Exhibitor badge

The exhibitor badges are only for use by staff working in the stand. It gives you access 1 hour before the fair opens and 30 minutes after closing time.
As these badges allow entrance to the halls during other times than the official ones, the badges must be treated like valuable documents. All staff working in the stand must be pre-registered via the Exhibitor Portal.

Work Pass

Temporary personnel, for example craftsmen only working during installation and dismantling, can pick up a working pass in the Main Entrance or East Entrance.

Invite your guests

To avoid queues and get easy access to exhibition and seminars, visitor registration should be done before arrival at Stockholmsmässan.

There are 2,000 parking spaces in the parking garage and in the parking lots surrounding the exhibition center.

Parking fee

Pay for your parking time with the apps Betala P, EasyPark, or Parkster. The area code can be found on signs located in the parking area.
