First launched in 2013, the National Home Security Month campaign is run by Yale and takes place every year in the UK.  The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness around the importance of home security.

During the month of October, NHSM will be offering seasonal tips and advice to help protect the homes, families and possessions.

Optex is an official supporter of NHSM campaign and during the month of October, the company will be providing its own tips and advice to keep a safe home.

Each week of the month will be dedicated to a different home security topic, focussing on the following subjects:
