This series has embedded a high performance image sensor and CPU that supports MPEG-4 / MJPEG / H.264 codec compression to provide high resolutions at 640 x 400 or 1280 x 800 for high-quality video and real-time viewing. Other advance features such as Human detection sensor (PIR) / SD card slot / Privacy button and 802.3af compliant PoE are also available.

The CB-100A series network camera can transmit the video to portable devices via other technology, for instance, WiMAX, NAS, Digital Frame and power line.
