DVTel announces the release of it IP-based video surveillance software for the entry-level marketplace.

DVTel has developed the Solus Video Management System (VMS) to support configurations of up to 32 cameras. This out-of-the-box solution is suitable for installations where the end user requires a networked solution and is looking for a single server solution.
