Measuring just 116.6mm x 112.0mm x 49.5mm, the NUC range incorporates a fourth generation Core i3 or i5, Haswell processor and with the ability to accommodate 2.5” drives has the capacity to provide up to 1Tb HDD of on-board storage plus SATA SSD.

Available as a kit, the NUC has a long list of useful features including HD Graphics to ensure a brilliant HD experience and DisplayPort 1.2 for driving 4K displays. Other features include embedded security that helps keep user identities and credentials safe, whilst Intel Rapid Start Technology ensures that the NUC is quickly up and running. A Vesa mount capability enables the NUC to be attached to most modern monitors to deliver an uncluttered solution.

The NUC has a built-in antenna, providing the option to install a wireless CCTV system in order to avoid the disruption and costs associated with drilling and running cables from each camera location. With Wavestore’s open platform video management software (VMS) running, users have flexibility to choose to install combinations of analogue (using an encoder), IP, megapixel and 360 degree cameras.

Wavestore’s VMS software is designed to deliver a high integrity and resilient recording platform. Its powerful client software can be operated from a Windows, Linux, Android, or IOS platform, whilst captured images can be concurrently recorded via a variety of video formats including, H.264, M-JPEG, MPEG-4, MPEG-2, JPEG2000 and MxPEG. A wide range of video search facility options including metadata reflects Wavestore’s support of a wide range of video analytics and alarm event functions as part of an integrated video surveillance solution.

The Wavestore user interface can be displayed in several different languages. It is currently available in Arabic, Chinese, English (UK and US), French, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Romanian, Russian (Cyrillic), Slovak, Spanish and Turkish.
