Teb safeguards Caisse d'Epargne bank

Corpeau, France

To comply with marketing and security requirements of the French bank Caisse d'Epargne, Teb has implemented its new software that combines CCTV and media broadcasting into bank branches. This software innovation is a tool to manage both acts of incivility met at the bank cashier desk, and for business information display.

When customers exhibit inappropriate behaviour, the reception staff can display real-time video of any incivility. Once the atmosphere has calmed down, business information is broadcast once again. This feature is managed from a single tool, the Digipryn video server. In addition to this function, all the cameras are managed and recorded from the Digipryn NVR.

Fabien Dhainaut, Security manager of the French bank Caisse d’Epargne Northern region said.  “By choosing Teb as a technological partner, we have built together a multidisciplinary tool which matches perfectly with our needs. The alliance of our respective teams and active listening has enabled us to reach a relevant solution. While taking into account the security aspect of our agencies, the media display function for marketing information is also a real financial standpoint. Today, this software covers more than 150 of our branches in the North of France.”
