Triple Domain Vision (TDV) with a technical team, comprised of engineers originally from a Taiwan government-founded Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) has been founded to focus on developing embedded video content analytics (VCA) for surveillance applications.
The VCA solutions from TDV, such as Isensor, Esensor and an intelligent video server, according to the company have been proven to be reliable after being tested through the company's partners and have they have been used on many job sites already. For special requirements, TDV can offer VCA functional devices and a tool for PC-based surveillance systems as well. Texas Instruments (TI) DSP is the engine used by TDV to achieve VCA in all kinds of devices. The advantages of these VCA solutions and products are that they feature low power consumption, high stability and high reliablity.
The TDV VCA solutions are designed to require almost no system parameter adjustments when applied to a surveillance system in almost all environmental conditions. According to TDV, the performance and functional solutions of these VCA solutions have been solid and widely tested to show very good performance with high accuracy in all kind of lighting conditions.
During the finals of the technology competition held by Security Esssen 2014 in Germany, TDV, from amongst a great number of contestants, finally achieved sixth place, due to the robust moving object detection algorithm.
