Eliminating the need to continually view monitors, Sphone client offers security staff a quick check of the surveillance status once an alarm notification has been received. As a result, everything is still under control even though the security guard is not constantly standing by in the control room.
When it comes to live view support, Surveon Sphone allows users to preset up to 20 NVRs on the server list with at least 64 channels per server, providing instant monitoring even for a large scale site. In terms of live view windows, Sphone supports monitoring via both full screen in 1080P from Stream 1 and 2x3 screen format, giving users better image quality than usual. Some functions like playback and PTZ control under full screen can also be easily operated through the user-friendly UI.
Moreover, the snapshot function allows users to print the screen and save it to an album, permitting users to send the suspicious image to a security guard and prevent potential threats immediately. Aside from live view, users can not only check the DI/DO status of each camera, but also will be able to obtain the details from each camera such as the IP address, resolution, fps, and bit rate through camera info in SPhone, saving on-site checking time.
