The Spotcam HD Pro features a fully IP65-certified water and dust proof design. This design means the HD Pro can be installed outside a house or building making it ideal for outdoor surveillance and security systems. It is also offered with a free 24-hour cloud streaming service with every unit, allowing the user to utilise the Spotcam HD Pro to check up on his home's security from anywhere anytime. The user can also remotely monitor his home and office by using a PC, or via an IOS and Android app on a mobile device.

The Spotcam HD Pro uses motion and audio detection to instantly "wake up". Once triggered, the Spotcam HD Pro immediately kicks into surveillance mode, capturing and transmitting crucial events happening outside the user's premises. Video streaming and storage are protected and transmitted securely with 128-bit SSL encryption.
