The order is to replace a personnel-attack alarm system at the State Hospital Facility in Scotland with Senstar-Stellar's FLARE Emergency Locating System. The work will be completed during 2007.

The FLARE Emergency Locating System uses a patented RF technology that can accurately locate both indoor and outdoor events. By utilizing bi-directional audio, the system also enables the control room to communicate with personnel located in the area of the alarm allowing the exchange of real-time information.
