Shenzhen, China

Civintec is releasing a new RFID NFC module, CN370, with high level command to support 13.56MHz Mifare Plus, Desfire, Felica, ISO18092 NFC and SAM slot for higher security.
Civintec has successfully introduced a contactless and secure smart card technology platform for access control and other identification applications operating at a frequency of 13.56 MHz and with EM125KHz technology.

With the current wave of advanced security, privacy and feasibility to secure transactions in contactless smart card applications that Mifare Plus, Mifare Desfire EV1 and NFC are offering, these technologies are sweeping across global markets and feature 128-bit advanced and strong Encryption Standards (AES). In order to fulfill the continuing requirements for this new technology, Civintec Global has released a plug & play OEM reader module, the CN3XX(S) (T)-X series.

The CN3XX(S) (T)-X plug & play OEM reader module supports 13.56MHz technology, including ISO15693, ISO14443A/B, Mifare, Desfire EV1, Mifare Plus, Sony Felica. It is compliant with ISO/IEC18092 NFC for Passive and Active communication. It includes a built-in SAM socket compliant to ISO7816 (T=0, T=1) to enable high strength encrypted transmission. The miniature size and multi-interface module is flexible in integration.

The CN3XX(S) (T)-X OEM plug& play reader module fully blends in with the combination of contemporary design concepts and advanced technology and could be used for multiple applications as an embedded device, for such applications as handheld terminals, for parking, meters, vending machines, banking terminals, desktop terminals and reader devices, physical / logical access control and time attendance, personal identification, e-payment, electronic ticketing for public transportation and loyalty systems.

Civintec provides two development kits--one is the SDK (Software Development Kit) for development on PC programmes and the other is the CV3XXX-DK with source code to develop customised programmes for embedded systems and SCMs. Both development kits including API or source code are provided and can be embedded into an existing system, and they are compatible with known comprehensive operating systems such as Windows, Vista, Linux; MAC; WinCE / CE.net.

The CN3 series reader module will be officially displayed for the first time on the Civintec stand at the forthcoming Cartes 2011 show, next month, from 15th to 17th November 2011 at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre, France.
