The TW-100 PCI card is designed with four high quality NTSC/PAL video decoders that convert analogue composite video signals to digital data. The TW-100 also includes an audio codec that has four audio Analogue-to-Digital converters.
For storage, the TW-100 offers an H.264 software encoder to compress the A/V signals into a higher compression ratio, so that the recording period can be reasonably extended.
