"Our mission is to transform how our customers think about risk,” states Will Anderson, CEO of Resolver. “PPM 2000’s incident management software is a vital component to our overall strategy. We fully see the connection between security and risk management. With our combined company we are in a unique position to offer customers a full range of applications to address security, risk and compliance requirements.”
As Resolver expands its position in the market, the company will continue to expand and support Perspective, the end-to-end incident management software solution developed by PPM 2000 for responding, reporting and analysing enterprise security events. According to the company, Perspective is already used by over 700 of the world’s largest organisations to address requirements related to incidents.
“In the past year, through our integration with Resolver the advantages of Perspective have become available to even more users,” says Brian McIlravey, Executive Vice President of Resolver. “The power of Perspective’s incident management engine also brings new capabilities to Resolver’s integrated platform that enable a higher level of security intelligence and analytics.”
Resolver’s Edmonton office has become the company’s Center of Excellence for Incident Management, where the customer success team will respond to the needs of more than 1,000 customers in more than 100 countries worldwide. The company’s product development teams have also been combined, with the goal of increasing the frequency of product releases and responding to the market demand of providing cloud based applications for its customer base.
