The new media converters, ET1111H-S and ET1212H-S, are engineered with the aim of leveraging transmission distance and efficiency. Both media converters are of a micro-type design for limited space applications and they incorporate features such as a hardened temperature specification (at  -40°C to +75°C) for critical environmental challenges. 

The ET1111H-S features SPF for various optical options and automatic MDI/MDI-X crossover, while the ET1212H-S is a Gigabit media converter with SFP for various optical options as well.
