Mobile DVR got American Military Standard certified

After the first announcement in Oct. 2009, Formosa21's Mobile DVR, VS-5004, has won great response from the market. This Mobile DVR has been enhences with more functions for user-friendly.

This rougged Mobile DVR, VPON VS-5004, has been tested in compliance to the American Military Standard MIL-STD-810F-514.5-C3 "Composite wheeled vehicle vibration exposure". it is certified for the Vibration & Temperature resistance to record constant video archieves during driving on all kinds of road conditions.

It has better protection to avoid surge damage, as they have changed the design to delay Power On (10 sec.)/Off ( 180 sec.) on circuitry.

The VPON VS-5004 is now able to work with the GPS devices and vehicle data recorders and takes their data/texts (data as date/time, location, driving speed, break, mileage, ...etc.) printed over the video frames. Users therefore are able to retrieve a certain video by text searching. Other than recording on harddisk, the VPON VS-5004 also supports SSD or CF flash disk in video storage.

All archieves can be downloaded and backuped at local via USB Disks (with driver ID embeded) or at remote sites via Internet (Dynamic IP supported) for safety and management purpose.
