Magnus Löfgren new CEO at Speed Identity AB

Magnus Löfgren, previously Sales and Marketing Director at Speed Identity AB, has been appointed new CEO in the company as of 1st of October 2011.
Speed Identity's former CEO, Magnus Svenningson, resigns after a period of great success, both nationally and internationally.

During Magnus Svenningson's eight years with the company, he has strongly contributed to the company's expansion, from being a local supplier of consultancy services, to becoming an international solution supplier within the market of biometric data capture. The Speed Identity board of Directors expresses its great satisfaction with Magnus Svenningson's work and achievements, wishes him continued success in his new career outside of the company.

The new CEO, Magnus Löfgren, joined Speed Identity as Sales and Marketing Director in September 2010. He is 42 years old, has a business degree from Uppsala University and an extensive background within the IT sector where he has worked with international sales for Honeywell Scanning & Mobility, åkerströms Trux, Cycore, Intergraph Computer Systems and Adobe Systems.

The aim for Speed Identity will continue to be strengthening of the company's national and international position, and together with system integrators deliver biometric data capture platforms for security documents such as passports, visas, ID cards and driver's licenses.
