Latest Etrovision 3M cameras feature dual shutter speeds and WDR

Taipei, Taiwan

The Etrovision Technology latest 3 megapixel CMOS cameras incorporate advanced features, including wide dynamic range, variable shutter speeds and the company's patented IP module.

Etrovision employs the latest generation of 3 megapixel CMOS sensor working together with its patented IP module in its new models of the D-series megapixel IP cameras. The D-series IP cameras incorporate a WDR feature that performs above 120dB by switching between high and low shutter speeds to reproduce excellent video quality in low lux conditions.

Requirement for high bandwidth has become a critical issue with megapixel cameras, Etrovision’s H.264 megapixel cameras have successfully solved the drawbacks of the existing MPEG-4 megapixel problems. On average, an H.264 megapixel camera has 50% reduced bandwidth compared with that of an MPEG-4 megapixel camera. The newly released Etrovision H.264 megapixel camera offers sharp image quality at less then 2Mb bandwidth.

Furthermore, the D-series 3-megapixel IP camera supports additional features, such as dual streaming, two-way audio, PoE, mobile security, wireless, and advanced video intelligent functions. "We are committed to offering quality megapixel IP cameras to the market. Our entire product lines of megapixel cameras are produced and offered at satisfactory pricing for most applications around the globe." explained Mr. Robert Sheng, Sales Director of Etrovision Technology.
