Minghsin University is one of the leading Science and Technology institutes in northern part of Taiwan.  Leaded by Professors Peng and Yu with three team members, the Iseeu is designed to aim at elders and young children safety concerns.

The IseeU innovation consists of bluetooth wireless emission, GPS positioner, and a video camera.  To seanlessly integrated all these functional devices into a cloud-based server and software platform. Iseeu bluetooth camera can be placed in a shirt pocket or in a backpack (bag) or a doll that can be easily carried by the one to be vigilent. Guardians or parent can download the Iseeu's App into their smart phones (mobile devices) to interactively work with the bluetooth camera.

Once the vigilant one walked out of the bluetooth range to the smart phones, the mobile device(s) will get an alert.  And, the Iseeu camera will be triggered to activate and capture a picture clip of the surroundings, concurrently, its GPS positioning will be turned on to provide real-time location of the Iseeu camera to the guardian(s) or parent. With the scene of the picture and the updated locations, parent and guardian can quickly re-locate the lost kids or elders before go too far away.

Minghsin University is one of the 21 TVE (Technical Vocational Education) schools.  NTUST acts as the northern regional Industry-University Cooperation Center of the TVE school league. With all of the northern TVE league's development force and resources, the center can coordinate and help enterprises to develop products from Taiwan with cutting-edge technologies and latest trends.
