Riyadh is the capital of Saudi Arabia, and also the Kingdom’s largest city with a population of more than 7 million. The city is a vital economic and tourism centre for the region and is a centrally located trade hub that connects the eastern and western regions via modern roadand rail networks. It is a key access point for the major cities of Dammam and Jubail on the west coast and Jeddah, Mecca, and Medina on the east coast

This shift will, according to the organisers, open up countless opportunities for exhibitors with access to large centres of trade, government activity as well as growing local momentum for the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Organisers, Messe Frankfurt Middle East,  say that many of their biggest local and international exhibitors are excited by this decision and have confirmed participation in the 2020 show, including Axis Communications, Hikvision, Huawei, Genetec, Nedap and Mobotix amongst others.
