The Beijing Xizhimen serviced apartment provides 40 rooms and suites, and is able to accommodate more than 100 guests. The management team of the Beijing Xizhimen branch wanted a long term security solution, and therefore elected to install an integrated and highly scalable security system based on open standards, and provided by Lilin.

In this project, the Beijing Xizhimen serviced apartment hotel installed 21 pieces of the L Series IP-based cameras, the 9-channel network video recorder – NVR109, the 4-channel NVRs – NVR404c and the NVR104, which are managed through the intuitive and user friendly video management software, CMX. The LR7022 is a 2 megapixel IP day/night outdoor IR dome that is perfect for both indoor and outdoor environments. The Beijing Xizhimen serviced apartment installed 9 pieces of the LR7022 IP cameras due to its WDR, high performance 3D noise reduction and true day/night functionality providing high quality images and meeting the vandal proof requirments that they demanded at the same time.

The advantages of using front-end NVR devices are the savings on bandwidth and costs. The front-end NVR109, NVR104, and NVR404c are engineered to work exceptionally well in remote locations or extended facilities where there is poor bandwidth back to the monitoring location, as it eliminates maintaining a remote server.

With the installation of the Lilin video surveillance, not only is it able to keep guests in the serviced apartment safe from violence and theft, but it also provides evidence and prevents crime, thereby creating a pleasant enviroinment for all the visiting guests. According to the company, the executive team of the Everyday Home Apartment intends to use Lilin solutions for other branches in the future.
