Hunt 4MP network bullet with IR

Taipei, Taiwan

Hunt, a leading brand and manufacturers of surveillance products for over 2 decades, has recently launched a 4 megapixel bullet-type IP camera - the HLC-7BKQ.

This new development comes from Hunt on the basis that H.265 video coding has now been approved by the ITU.  The company believes that it is evident that this new technology is capable of delivering a compression ratio much lower than H.264 – meaning that the bandwidth and data storage are both reduced, resulting in a higher efficiency in video compression and better IP surveillance performance.

The HLC-7BKQ has therefore been developed for IP surveillance to purposely adapt to the H.265 technology. Capable of compressing data in H.265 format as well, allowing 50% more data to be saved in HDD space.

Not only is a maximum resolution of 4 megapixel at 30 fps is available on this IP camera to cover a broader image of details viewed in 16:9, but also an ROI function is also featured to reduce the computing complexity of data analysis. A segmented area of the screen can be designated for monitoring at any size, and when the ROI is active, only the area of the user's choice is under actual surveillance, which helps to focus on the specifics and leaves more free space for the IP camera to operate mor efficiently.

The HLC-7BKQ is a progression from the Hunt Electronic IR bullet IP camera series, developed to improve its image-capturing performance in high resolution and with low bandwidth.

Hunt will debut the HLC-7BKQ on its stand at the Taiwan Pavilion at the CPSE 2015 exhibition taking place in Shenzhen, China this week. Together with their marketing sponsor the Tssia (Taiwan Safety and Security Industry Association), the company's product preview/review and company contact information are listed within the CPSE banner at the top of the Global edition of this --SecurityWorldHotel.com-- news portal.
