A foreign construction company built the 5-star villa located near Ho Chi Ming City in Vietnam. It’s perfect location by the beach makes the villa a famous summer resort for both high-level business residents and for wealthier foreign visitors. To ensure public and private safety, the residence decided to go for an advanced access control solution.

The owners were looking for a stable and reliable solution from a known market brand, and the Hundure solution was chosen as being highly qualified to meet their system requirements. Hong Viet Technology Co., Ltd, Hundure's partner in Vietnam, completed the project with an elevator control panel, a parking control panel, a mailbox controller and a multi-door control panel, capable of controlling up to 30 doors. All of these panels are integrated and managed by the Hundure HAMS-24 system.

The system allows the management to set different levels of authorisation with different codes for each door or by floors. Accordingly, the community manager can easily operate the system to monitor live access, check previous records, and remotely open a door for visitor after being checked.
