The HIQ-7388 outdoor bullet IP camera is equipped with a 1/2.8” Sony CMOS sensor and a 10X (4.9 ~49mm) optical zoom lens for full HD 2 megapixel resolution (1920x1080 @30fps real time) images. It supports video compression in H.264/MPEG-4/MJPEG formats for multiple resolutions of full HD /1280x720 / 640x480 / 320x240 / 176x144  as options to meet differing environmental conditions at the installation sites.

The HIQ-7388 supports an auto tracking function. When an object moves in the front the camera, with this function setup, the HIQ-7388 can automatically detect movement and lock on to a target to track its movements. Moreover, the camera is able to track multi- directional movement by manual adjustment and control.

The HIQ-7388 motorised 10x zoom bullet IP camera offers advanced functions such as smart focus, auto focus and step focus making it an ideal, yet professional, choice for outdoor applications. The smart focus allows users to draw a square area on screen to focus precisely and immediately if any movement happens within that space. The auto focus is able to focus automatically on a moving object if it's size takes up over 50% of the screen or in any specific area. The step focus function offers users the ability to manually set the focus near or at a distance when required. With the friendly GUI in the camera, users can flexibly fine tune the focus distance further.

Other than the above main features, the HIQ-7388 has other functions including, wide dynamic range (WDR), 3-dimensional noise reduction (3DNR), IR LEDs with mechanical ICR (radiation in distance up to 40 metres) to ensure video quality in both day and night modes. In addition to indoor applications, with its robust enclosure that is compliant to IP66 weather protection standards, the HIQ-7388 is also ideal for applications in all weather conditions outdoors.

In terms of internet connectivity, the HIQ-7388 bullet-type IP camera is PoE supported. The PoE allows the power supply to the camera via the same cable as its Ethernet connection, making installation and system configuration simple and quick. The camera is delivered complete with a powerful VMS software - the Hiqview Vision supports system deployment and can manage up to 64 IP Hiqview cameras.

HIQ-7388 is suitable for all projects, especially in campuses, as it offers professional functions but at a much lower price point, compare to some other equivalent functional camera systems on the market today.
