The multi-profile function enables the ICA-HM316 to generate H.264 / MPEG-4 / M-JPEG streaming simultaneously to differentiate users in different resolutions. This state-of-the-art design is potentially suitable to fit in various network environments. The ICA-HM316 provides a 2-way audio function for surveillance. It can remotely talk to anyone at the ICA-HM316 site through an additional speaker connected to the camera.

Compliant with IEEE 802.3af PoE interface, the ICA-HM316 can be located in places where there are no power outlets. Through the Power over Ethernet function and with UPS installed in the network centre, administrators need not fear power outages.

With a water-proof and vari-focal IR lens, the ICA-HM316 meets various installation requirements, for instance, traffic monitoring on two additional lanes or focusing on one specified lane. The IR function allows for 24/7 monitoring, whether it be day or night.

The ICA-HM316 features zero-lux illumination. Its 35 IR illuminators built around the lens bring the clearest vision at night. Via the new LED technology, the illuminator ensures high-quality monochrome images in complete darkness up to 25 metres. With the aluminum rugged all-weather waterproof housing, the ICA-HM316 is capable of operation in any environmental conditions. It works with the Planet Cam Viewer 3 Lite/Pro video management software and network video recorder products for various field surveillance requirements.
