World's first panoramic IP speed dome

Taipei, Taiwan

Geovision has released the new GV-PPTZ7300, U.S. patented 360° anti-blindspot network camera, to extend its line of IP cameras and provide a solution to emerging needs in the industry.

In recent years, 360° fisheye cameras have become increasingly prevalent as a cost-effective method to monitor all angles of a location using just one camera. However, although fisheye cameras are efficient in providing panoramic views, users often find that they are insufficient in delivering detailed and speedy zoom-in action for points of interest. In order to solve this dilemma, Geovision debuts the GV-PPTZ7300, which is a U.S. patented 360° anti-blindspot network camera that combines the panorama feature of a fisheye camera with the tracking and zoom agility of a speed dome.

This revolutionary model, which integrates the utility of a 5MP fisheye lens with a 10x zoom module, allows users to achieve 360° panoramic view while simultaneously being able to perform pan/tilt/zoom on specific points of interest with a simple click of the mouse.

To facilitate tracking, the GV-PPTZ7300 comes equipped with an advanced zoom module to automatically track moving objects within the range of view.

This model is suitable for outdoor installation with IP67 weather-resistance and boasts easy installation features like its GV-SD2301 predecessor.
