According to the company, visitors to the stand which comprised manufacturers, installers, integrators, consultants to end users, both nationally and internationally, commented very favourably on the design features of the Veo, Smile and Iloft inside door entry terminals which build upon Fermax’s reputation and focus for world class and award winning styling.

Major UK national distributors were also present at the stand to review the Fermax Way Kit product offering as well as the AC Plus access control range, ideal for small to medium networked systems.

For the first time in the UK, Fermax presented its new Integrated Home Automation Solutions that suit any budget. Fermax stand visitors had the opportunity to try a panel composed by on/off lighting and scenes, that were managed from the touch button screens. A tablet showed how user-friendly the software is and how easy it is to manage everything from the Home Automation App.

Fermax for Real, the App with augmented reality, was also demonstrated at theh show. The App allows for virtual visualisation of Fermax products, placing them in a home. The user can see how it looks in a home or on the street and use it as if it were actually installed. Additionally, it is possible to take a picture of the final result to attach to any installation’s quote, save it or share it.

For Fermax, Ifsec 2016 was a great success which enabled the company to reassert its presence in the UK security sector whilst launching and unveiling some of the new and innovative products.
