Fermax presents new solutions in Dubai

Dubai, U.A.E

The Fermax team at Intersec 2018

At the recent Intersec show in Dubai, Fermax exhibited as a key door entry and smart home player and presented a brand-new system for residential communication, security and comfort.

Fermax displayed its cutting-edge innovations on door entry systems including the Meet (IP tech-based) and Duox (full digital 2-wire intercom system). A special set was prepared showing smart home and door entry systems integrated on a single monitor with flagship technology Lynx.

Smart home connected devices demand will rise by 28% by 2019, according to Techsci Research reports. Fermax has managed to merge security systems and home automation applications to lead this trend and offer unique solutions for new building.

Meet is the new cutting-edge technology that provides the Fermax answer to IP global market trends. It is a versatile, cost-effective and reliable entry system based on SIP peer to peer infrastructure. Its uniqueness lays with its connectivity -  it can integrate access control, a home alarm system and lift control. The cherry on the top is Meet’s display quality, offering full HD video and outstanding audio at an affordable price.

Targeting high end system integrators and luxury projects, Fermax also displayed the Hi-Line outdoor panel. This panel integrates Lynx (TCP/IP tech) and it has been awarded with the IF design label in 2018. The Lynx display was completed with the Vivo and Smile Touch monitors.

The Call Divert App was this year’s most notable innovation for Fermax within the Lynx suite. This new feature allows owners to receive a push notification on their smart phones when not at home: they can open the door, start a conversation or ignore it by simply tapping on their device. Lynx also connects with third-party applications or systems. With its avant-garde technology, premium materials and exceptional aesthetic qualities it is ready to continue satisfying the most demanding system integrators.

Fermax also launched into the Middle East market the latest news of Duox, the first full digital 2-wire door entry system. Fermax is now offering more advanced functionalities such as Photocaller. This function captures an image on the monitor’s memory when a visitor calls the doorbell. It also can be installed with any type of existing wires and a voice guides the professional during the set up.

Fermax has been present in the Middle East for more than 10 years now, and has supplied top reference projects like Palm Jumeirah, Seventh Heaven (both Dubai), Etihad Towers (Abu Dhabi), Waterfront City (Lebanon) and Park Mozaik (Turkey).
