Fermax accelerates growth with new innovations

Valencia, Spain

Fermax has already issued its new International General Catalogue 2017 for professionals, showing how the technological space of the Spanish multinational is aiming to accelerate its growth with new products, systems and solutions.

This new edition includes all the new products prepared by the brand in order to keep offering the best and most cost-effective solutions for audio door entry systems, digital video door entry systems and access control systems.

Amongst the complete range of equipment available in this new General Catalogue 2017 Fermax is expanding its range of Way products with the Way Prox Kit, intended for homes, offices or shops where access to certain areas must be controlled or restricted. Its robust outdoor surface panel is made of type 316L stainless steel and includes a proximity reader that can register up to 320 users. The kit includes a 7” TFT digital monitor with capacitive touchscreen.

After the success of the Veo monitor in 2016, Fermax introduces the Veo-XS Monitor in Duox technology, a compact device that does not need a handset, thus facilitating hands-free communication. Comfortable, simple to use and extra-small, it is characterised by its reduced size and extra-thin shape. Due to its OSD menu and the button arrangement, its interaction with the user proves to be simple and intuitive. It is also available in a kit version for 1 and 2 lines, with keypad access control panel for 1 line.

Based on market requirements, Fermax is also introducing the Smile Touch, an easier-to-use monitor, due to its 7”capacitive touchscreen, which makes managing its advanced features more intuitive and inclusive. It is available in different versions, from the VDS technology version to the Lynx IP technology version. In order to provide solutions for large facilities, Fermax introduces the latest generation of Lynx, it is a TCP/IP protocol based system. Lynx projects with complete freedom and integrates the most diverse elements, enabling the management of the entire communication, safety and comfort of every project simultaneously. It offers new devices for the home and new outdoor panels: the Vivo + monitor and the state-of-the-art Hi-Line panel.

Additionally, the General Catalogue 2017 includes the Fermax new generation of the Duox system, the full digital technology in two non-polarised wires that has become the company’s technological standard. Duox now includes two new devices, tested outdoors since early July.  Thus, Fermax improves the features of the system of previous equipment and allows integrators to face new installation topologies and complex installations. This is a system that can be installed faster and with hardly any possibility of errors, both for new buildings and when replacing old systems. In addition, it is compatible with all existing connection configurations: star, cascade, distribution.
