EVT signed an exclusive distribution agreement with L.B. DeFence, at the start of 2008. Under the terms of the agreement, L.B. DeFence will distribute, install and support EVT's Vertex system, to its diverse customer base in Russia.

DeFence is a leading distributor of security systems with offices in Israel, Moscow and Kiev providing modern security systems for the protection of key government and large enterprises, including the airports of Kiev, Moscow, Ivanovo, Taganrog , the Ministry of Defense of Russia and Ukraine, leading companies like 'Rosneft" , "Rainko" and "Mosvodokanal".
