Everfocus launches new mobile mini dome camera

Taipei, Taiwan

Everfocus Electronics Corporation has just released its latest 600TVL mobile mini vandal-proof IR dome camera – the EMD332.
The Everfocus EMD332 600TVL mobile mini vandal-proof IR dome camera is specially designed for mobile video surveillance in taxis, police cars, cash-in-transit vehicles, and other vehicles that require concealed surveillance in a limited space.

With a built-in 3.4mm pinhole lens, the EMD332 is a tiny mobile dome delivering 600TVL high resolution image quality with a 1/3” Sony Super HAD DDC II Sensor. The 48 x 43mm /1.9" x 1.7" mini size enables the Everfocus EMD332 to be the perfect mini mobile camera. According to the company, Everfocus has always wanted to create smaller cameras for mobile users since there is limited space within modern economy cars compared to buses for example. The size of the EMD332 is engineered to meet the needs of customers who drive economy cars, sedans, vans as well as small luxury cars. Equipped with a vandal-proof and IP67 weather proof housing, and with a unique 3-axis mechanical design for adjusting camera angles, it is suitable for use in a wide variety of mobile and outdoor surveillance applications and in differing environments.

The starlight super-high sensitivity of 0.00001 Lux/F-1.2 which is achieved by a digital slow shutter (sens-up 32x) is a further advantage to this mini mobile dome camera. Ten IR LEDs enable night visibility of up to 10m / 33ft (Indoor) and 5m / 16ft (Outdoor), which is more than many other mini sized mobile cameras on the market. IR LEDs provide further viewing range in complete darkness, which is more practical for drivers to record clearer images at night. EMD332 also supports 3D-noise reduction, auto electronic shutter (AES), auto gain control (AGC), auto white balance (AWB).
