The DS-8200-RM Pro series covers models DS-8209-RM Pro, DS-8212-RM Pro, DS-8216-RM Pro, DS-8220-RM Pro, and DS-8225-RM Pro. These devices are 9 to 25 channels Linux-embedded standalone NVRs. The DS-8200-RM Pro series offers 8 HDD trays that can support up to 24Tb storage capacity. The series satisfies the requirements for large storage capacity applications, such as governmental, banking, casinos and other enterprise level projects.

The DS-8200-RM Pro series provides a local display feature. Via the connection of an HDMI and VGA connector, it displays images from the network cameras on a local monitor, reaching resolutions of up to 1920x1080 at up to 200fps or 1280x720 at up to 300fps.

In addition the Digistor NVRs allow users to monitor remotely via an IE browser and offers 1/4/8/9/10/12/16/20/25 & 5+1/12+1-channel and sequential display modes. The DS-8200-RM Pro series can be a powerful multi-NVR server used to connect other Digistor NVRs and monitor a maximum of 144 channels on one monitoring page without installing any additional CMS software.

The DS-8200-RM Pro series includes 8 HDD trays and can perform JBOD, RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID10 and RAID 5 with a hot-swappable design, so that users are able to swap any failed HDD without turning off the NVR. As it supports up to 24TB of storage, the DS-8200-RM Pro series has a built-in USB-backup button on the front panel via USB 3.0, allowing for faster backup and more efficient data transfer times than USB 2.0.
