As a world-class provider of secure hosting solutions, Damamax was keen to upgrade its surveillance system with a simple but integrated video surveillance and access control solution that could monitor its data centre's operations and employee activities.Taking a closer look at the project element, designed by MAS (Mutakamila Automation Solutions)- the Zavio’s distributor in Jordan, due to advanced capacity, flexible functions and high performance the Zavio IP cameras were proposed and chosen to achieve Damamax's security mission.

There are three types of Zavio IP cameras in cooperation with Zavio free-bundled Camgraba NVR software and the free App Camgraba Mobile Client in the system.

For indoor environments, Zavio D5110 dome IP camera offers 3-axis for easy adjustment to response the requirements of different monitoring angles on installation. The D5110 is equipped with IR LEDs for a 15m effective illumination range for surveillance both day and night, 24/7.  The D611E dome camera was also chosen for indoor surveillance.  The Zavio F731E network IR camera is designed to meet outdoor day/night surveillance where there are harsh environmental conditions.

The free-bundled Zavio Camgraba NVR software offers the facility for the administrator to control live video viewing, recording and playback easily without any extra cost on hardware. With the Zavio Camgraba Mobile Client free app (supports operation on Iphone and Android devices), the user can carry out remote video monitoring on smart phones directly.

Zavio IP cameras are compatible to Damamax's existing PoE switches for seamless installation at no extra cost. The installed system has been tested and proven in  quality image reproduction and high performance. When an event is triggered, they can retrieve the footage easily at the remote site to check online. The system also allows users to programme or set up different reactions for varying senarios and situations, such as triggering the alarm, sending an email notice, opening an instant pop-up window, etc. to meet different requirements and applications.
