Daegu Metropolitan Transit turns to IDTECK

Seoul, Korea

The on-going metropolitan transit project, taking place in Daegu, one of the largest cities in South Korea, has invested over one million dollars to install the latest security solutions in the train stations. IDTECK has been appointed to provide their advanced access control systems for the significant project.

IDTECK proposed that their access control would be integrated with a DVR system to the project. The system allows the administrators to monitor all accessing events in real time to increase their ability in dealing with any dangerous situations and bring up the efficiency in management at all stations. It also permits real time central monitoring of other facilities around the transit stations to strengthen the overall security effectiveness.

"Our access control solution will provide much effective management method to the metropolitan stations and for higher assurance of passenger safety in the facilities",
commented Gi-Su Jang, IDTECK's local manager and person in-charge-of the Daegu Metropolitan project.
