CSL Dualcom adds Digiair wireless communicator to portfolio

Harefield, Middlesex (UK)

The new CSL Dualcom Digiair is designed to be a groundbreaking wireless digital communicator offering installers a reliable, next generation alternative to a digital communicator. Digiair simply utilises all mobile networks via a radio path instead of using a telephone line, removing all call costs.
A self configuring unit, Digiair is automatically updated by the Gemini Managed Network with the necessary ARC and user data through the private cloud when on site and powered up. Compliant with both EN 50136 and SSF114:2 standards it has been designed for maximum panel compatibility. Digiair is small enough to fit into any existing panel and offers dial capture as standard

As part of the Dualcom Gradeshift range, Digiair benefits from the award winning WorldSIM a multi-network SIM card which utilises any mobile phone network, offering the best guarantee of radio coverage. Dualcom products are engineered for signalling at any grade and are protecting hundreds of thousands of premises throughout Europe.

The first company in Sweden to offer Digiair will be Nokas, an innovative and adaptable provider of security solutions to over 110,000 customers across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Simon Banks, Group Managing Director of CSL DualCom Group commented, “With over 250,000 Critical Connectivity M2M applications live in the UK, Nordics and Ireland, CSL Dualcom are pioneers of wired to wireless change. In recent years there's been a transition from infrastructure-reliant communications to mobile applications. MNO's are offering credible roaming partnerships bringing network availability and up-time to new levels."
