Confidence International AB's board has appointed Fredrik Hiort af Ornäs to the post of new managing director and group manager. The board is very satisfied that Fredrik will be joining the company, and sees his recruitment as a key to Confidence's continued expansion.

Confidence International continues to focus on its three primary areas of expansion; system integration, concept sales and knowledge services.

The expansion opportunities are especially promising within system integration where Confidence increases the business benefits for its customers by combining traditional security technology with IP. Confidence has increased operations within system integration during 2005 and 2006, and is also focusing on its own product concepts for selected customer segments. These cover, among other things, crowd and visitor management for sports arenas, sports halls and other event venues.
