Rapid Larmcentral, part of the Rapid Group, is a monitoring centre group headquartered just outside the Swedish capital, Stockholm. The two alarm receiving centres deliver monitoring services to around 25,000 customers.

Iris Secure Apps is an application for alarm system supervision. It is a web-enabled solution providing a multi-user portal that allows system owners, installers and monitoring centres to monitor, manage, troubleshoot and analyse alarm systems anytime, anywhere and to safeguard the functionality of the Iris Touch dialler devices.

An Iris Touch dialler itself is integrated with an existing alarm system to establish a connection between the alarm system and the alarm-receiving centre securely over IP. This concept is commonly referred to as alarm over IP. Iris Secure Apps allows for remote system supervision of alarm systems that transmit alerts over IP.
