Building a Secure World prepares to be major December event

The entire security sector including transport, infrastructure, venues and critical facilities will be under the spotlight at the largest security and resilience event in London this December.

Taking place from the 5th - 6th December at Olympia's National Hall, Building a Secure World will be filled with companies showcasing dynamic new security solutions and technological innovations. It will be the perfect forum serious buyers and specifiers to see what's new, source new products, meet suppliers and learn about new solutions as well as to participate in free seminars, workshops and live demonstrations.
Companies will be showcasing dynamic new security solutions and technological innovations available to enhance security throughout the security community. The exhibition will feature some of the world's leading names. VISTA, Indigo Vision, Smiths Detection, Kaba UK, L3 Security and Detection, LG Iris, CEM Systems, Dedicated Micros, Group 4 Securicor, Scanna, Thales Group, Senstar Stellar and Wavelet are just some of the suppliers who will be displaying the latest innovations in screening and detection, CCTV & IP technology, access control, biometric solutions, perimeter security, anti-terrorism intelligence and services, special vehicles, covert surveillance, weapons and ammunitions and emergency response equipment.
Free Seminars and Live Demonstrations - Two seminar theatres will offer a range of intensive, practical sessions including Developing Security and Safety Management at Mass Gatherings hosted by NaCTSO, Understanding and Selecting Security Technology, Crisis Management, Weapons Awareness, Pre Incident Surveillance, Search, Maritime, Supply Chain and Risk Assessment and Freight Security Requirement.
There will also be a rolling programme of live demonstrations including sessions on Arrest and Restraint, Awareness and Personal Safety Training, Dog Bomb Detection, Dog Drug Detection, Explosives and Concealed Weapons and Personal Search Training.
The wide-ranging conference programme addresses the key markets within the security sector, as well as the wider themes of national security and resilience. Leaders from government, police, academia and industry will convene to share information and develop practical solutions for implementing new and enhanced security measures.
