A serious choice for severe environments

Brickcom Corporation is set to release the Unique-Series, designed to be a superior night vision 2 megapixel 20X optical-zoom bullet network camera -  the OB-200Np-LR WDRPro-20X.

Brickcom OB-200Np-LR WDRPro-20X network camera is a two-megapixel bullet-style network camera designed for diverse and particular outdoor surveillance applications. With the IK10 vandal proof metal housing, IP67 waterproof outdoor enclosure and built-in fan and heater, it can deliver stable and reliable images in changeable weather conditions, and it is undoubtedly a serioius choice for severe environments, such as the deserts and freezing conditions.

With its feature rich functions and crystal-clear video reproduction, Brickom believes it has created another symbol of commitment to bringing some of the best IP video products to the market. The OB-200Np-LR WDRPro-20X’s built-in IR illuminators can be effective over 100 metres, making it capable of providing clear images in extreme low lux situations. Thus, it is designed to be mainly deployed in long and narrow area applications, including corridors, ports, highways, and runways.

With Brickcom 120dB WDR Enhancement technology, this camera is able to display crystal clear images even when glare, high contrast, strong backlight, and light reflection is present. Additionally, the function of 20X zoom with auto focus enables users to not only focus precisely and quickly, but also to track and capture moving object images easily.

In order to effectively prevent the zoom in /zoom out function from causing camera shake and affecting image quality, Brickcom has incorporated digital image stabiliser (DIS). The DIS function is able to detect camera shake internally and then digitally compensates for it to suppress the shaking and stabilise the image output.

This series of network cameras will be available from Brickcom in June 2015.
