Bosch launches latest Flexidome 1080P day/night IP camera series

Uxbridge, Middlesex (UK)

Bosch Security Systems have released the new series of Flexidome 1080P day/night IP cameras which are the latest additions to their HD portfolio.
Equipped with the latest 1/2.7 inch CMOS HD Sensor with progressive scan, these cameras produce highly detailed HD images combined with the low light performance of the renowned Dinion and Flexidome SD cameras.

The new Flexidomes use highly efficient H.264 video compression to deliver real-time (25/30IPS) at 1080P resolution and have built in recording capability with storage by micro SD card slot.

They are also compatible with Bosch Video Management System (BVMS), Bosch Recording Station (BRS), iSCSI, VRM, Bosch Video Client (BVC) and the 700 series hybrid and network video recorders, and are ONVIF compliant. The lower cost standard versions have the IVA processor removed and the “IVA Enabled” models provide full analytics capability out of the box.

The new models include features such as true day/night and IR corrected lenses and the PC surveillance software that is provided supports multiple camera monitoring for up to 16 cameras at no extra cost. The new series is Power Over Ethernet compliant for ease of installation and includes real-time H.264 recording and playback in 1080P (1920x1080) resolution. There is an internal storage facility via a Micro SD slot, and bi directional audio is also incorporated. The cameras are capable of quad streaming dual H.264, I Frames and M-JPEG simultaneously ensuring flexibility of use and there is an optional IVA (Analytics at the edge) facility for real time analytics alarms or forensic search of recordings. In addition these new models are all housed in a high-impact, vandal-resistant IP66 enclosure.
