Avigilon opens R&D centre of excellence

Avigilon Corporation has opened a new office in Assembly Row, located outside of Boston in Somerville, Massachusetts. Somerville Mayor, The Honorable Joseph Curtatone attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the new office on February 12.

Located in Boston's thriving technology community, Avigilon's Analytics and Data Science Center of Excellence aims to further the company's research and development efforts. In this new location, Avigilon will have access to top talent to further accelerate its innovation and growth plans.

Avigilon will occupy nearly 33,000 square feet of the building for employees in Product Development and Product Management.
