In the presentation, AVerMedia briefly described the evolution of surveillance industry in the opening, but emphasized more on the present and future of network surveillance system. There are still plenty of critical factors for the network surveillance system to work in a perfect form such as, easy installation and maintenance, clear image quality and resolution during transmission and storage, and cloud computing concept. Although the benefits of network surveillance system are countless, it also presented some major obstacles.

Since high resolution images have become a necessary requirement, therefore storage space demand would be more critical in the surveillance network world.
