The MTC-LV6638HQ car license plate camera has a built in Sony Super HAD CCD II and the Sony HQ1 DSP for a resolution of up to 540 TVL. The MTC-LV6638HQ offers functions such as mechanical visible light filter, dynamic noise reduction (DNR), and sense-up for capturing excellent image quality.
The camera operates with an f3.8~9.5mm day/night varifocal lens. The manufacturer advises that it performs perfectly from 1.5 to 6 metres. And, the patented external adjustment makes it easy to modify the varifocal lens. The housing of the camera is compliant to IP66 weatherproof standards, and the product is delivered with the housing and a 3-access cable management bracket for ease of installation.
The camera is said to be ideal for vehicle entrance applications for most types of installation.
