Airlive secures ATMs with IVS face detection

Airlive has unveiled its IVS IP camera that has been specially designed and developed for banks and their ATM facilities.
Airlive's IVS IP camera is designed to be installed to monitor any and all events that take place in front of each ATM. Along with an existing recorder and an existing surveillance system, the face-detection function from the IVS IP camera will trigger a snap shot image when it detects a face in front of the ATM area.

Airlive's IVS face detection technology has been designed specifically for surveillance systems with ATM security in mind, and is embedded in the MD-3025-IVS and BU-3026-IVS (intelligent video surveillance) providing accurate video analytics that can be used to detect faces in the monitored area. This function automatically detects and captures a person's face and stores the image. When utilising the Airlive analytics surveillance system users are able to set up system alerts, take a snap shot or record a short video when a face is detected in the frame of the image.

In addition to face detection, the Airlive IVS IP camera also includes 5 further built-in IVS analytics including 5 powerful intelligence functions - face recognition, object counting, trip zone, E-fence, and i-motion— for various applications in public places such as airports, stadiums, border crossings, offices, shopping malls, and buildings.

Airlive IVS IPCam is not only suitable for ATM safety, but is also ideal for installation in public spaces such as airports, stadiums, border posts, offices, shopping centres and buildings that need to monitor and analyse the movement of people and objects. Further to the detection capabilities and face recognition, these cameras have built-in intelligent video analytics (IVS) that offer a wide range of capabilities extremely useful for implementing video surveillance at a professional level.
