ADI-Gardiner to distributes large rang of turnstiles

A new season of sport is here, stores and venues are gearing up for Christmas, and so it comes as no surprise that ADI-Gardiner is now distributing a large range of turnstiles suitable for installation within a variety of environments.

Under a new agreement with manufacturers ITAB MK, branch and online customers of ADI-Gardiner can now source and install high quality turnstiles from their extensive range of stylish internal designs to competitively priced exterior models suitable for stadia and many other venues.

ITAB MK is a trusted name in pedestrian control equipment, offering full-height and waist-high turnstiles, matching DDA accessible gates and a complementary range of glass barrier rails. ADI-Gardiner has reported early sales of the new Vortex 100 full height turnstile launched only this year, available in powder coated polyester or stainless steel finishes, combining value for money with state-of-the art technology.

Full height turnstiles are an excellent option when absolute entrance or exit security is required, especially in unguarded locations. The robust construction of the new Vortex 100 makes it ideally suited for industrial entrances, sports arenas, military installations or other premises where the control function is needed but the budget constraints are a top priority.

Other turnstiles such as the Triflo, Elite, Opus and Rotogate ranges provide a highly prestigious yet secure access control solution for a variety of front of house location requirements. For example, the Triflo range in stainless steel comes bi-directionally controlled as standard. The Elite Ultra is motorized for higher throughput and the Opus adapts to the speed of the person passing through using pressure sensors.

The Rotogate, meanwhile, is a cost effective solution for locations which experience high levels of pedestrian traffic, and the Rotogate SI provides prestigious yet secure access control with all the working mechanisms incorporated within the gate column, making it compact and user friendly. It also has the flexibility to be integrated with a variety of control systems from a simple manually operated push button to more sophisticated fully automatic active infra-red overhead sensors or autosensor devices.

"The inclusion of ITAB MK as a supplier enforces our commitment to our customers to bring them excellent products, and to enable them to expand their portfolio of products to the end users," says Glenn Davies, access control product manager of ADI-Gardiner.
