OZT technology is provided by an innovative combination of an intelligent hemispheric dome with a speed dome camera. To ensure that all incidents are recorded, the hemispheric camera always delivers panoramic images covering the whole area. The on-board smart, object-based motion detection simultaneously finds people or vehicles moving in the scene and commands the connected speed dome to zoom in and track these objects to record their details.

The hemispheric camera and speed dome can be installed at any distance from each other. Upon installation, the two units are paired, and then automatically calibrate to each other without any user action required.

Acti’s first model supporting OZT is the B511, hemispheric dome with 12MP resolution for extra detail. The superior low light sensitivity produces colour video in dimly lit environments. This model also features built-in IR LEDs allowing it to record clear imagery in conditions without visible light.

To take full advantage of the OZT technology, the B511 can be combined with any Acti speed dome camera.
